SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The price of each product ordered is the one that appears on the site to that product at the time of a customer's purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, shall be added to the price of the product after it has been added to the shopping cart and entered the "check out" process.
The Big Sweet reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the site at any time and without any further notice.
The prices of the products offered on the site may differ from the prices, for the same products, offered for sale at The Big Sweet stores.

ORDER & PRODUCT DELIVERY
U.S. & Canadian shipping costs:
We use a flat fee shipping cost system. All shipping information is available prior to checking out your Shoppping Cart.We do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable. You will note that on each order we absorb a portion of all shipping costs.
International Shipping costs:
Please contact us by email and we will be happy to provide you with costs. We only bill for actual shipping expences.
We will generally ship by the method that is most cost effective. If you require EXPRESS service please contact us at the store, we will be happy to provide you with the costs for expedited delivery.
On large packages, based on weight, additional charges may be added. If this is necessary, we will contact you. Since we use the Pay Pal system we will provide you with instruction as to how to log on and pay any additional necessary balance.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If this is a problem please contact us.
Customer payments will be processed prior to the delivery of products.
Delivery of a customer's order is subject to the rules of Canada Post (shipping) or any other delivery company designated by The Big Sweet. In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.
Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
Delivery of a customer's order will be made through the delivery company, as soon as possible after the order is placed, and payment has been verified. Shipping time and shipping charges may vary according to the availability of products. We will contact you be email if there are any problems that will result in delay. We will provide you with the option to modify your order or wait until product is available.
For any product delivered outside Canada, customers will be responsible for any clearance charges and any other inherent fees incurred by exportation outside of Canada.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Big Sweet cannot guarantee the availability of products shown on the site. If a product is not available, customers can choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the missing product in order to receive a complete delivery. In such an event, we shall advise the customer by e-mail when the product will become available.
In the event that a customer chooses to receive a partial order, The Big Sweet will only charge the customer for the items delivered.
The Big Sweet shall not be held responsible for any and all damages customers may incur due to the insufficiency of the products held in inventory.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We use Pay Pal for your added safety and convenience. The Big Sweet insures, on a continual basis, protection of the information provided by customer. Nevertheless, no security device is perfect and customer must understand that there is always a risk that a third party intercepts information, without permission, sent to The Big Sweet. The Big Sweet declines any responsibility for the foregoing, unless we have been negligent. Please note that in ensuring customer's security, no information regarding customer's credit card is stored in the servers used by The Big Sweet. If you would prefer to make your order by phone or another method conveinant to you, simply contact us to make arrangements. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and America Express or money orders.

DATABANK
The Big Sweet requires that you transmit your name, address, e-mail address and other information with your consent while purchasing a product.
Customer information allows us to open an account in your name, to process your order, or to customize your shopping experience. In addition, The Big Sweet does not sell or lend its lists of users. If you forward to us any of your banking or credit card information, we will destroy this information after we have processed your order, so any new orders we will have to ask you for your payment information.

PRODUCT RETURNS
We have selected our products for their outstanding quality and feel confident that you will love them. If for any reason you wish to send an item back, we will accept it without any penalty, if it is sent back within 14 days of the delivery. Prior to returning any and all products, customers need to contact us by e-mail or by phone at 1-905-631-0031. At that time, we shall explain the procedures to follow in order to return the products. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. Customer shall assume the delivery charges and the risks of loss or damage to the products that are being shipped.
Once we receive the returned products, any amount charged on the customer's credit card for these products, other than the delivery fees, will be credited as soon as possible, provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer.
Finally, please note that the customer will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unless the product is defective.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Big Sweet is not responsible for not executing any of its obligations towards customer, nor of the damages or loss customer may incur or suffer from, in the event that the non execution is a result of a superior force or circumstances beyond The Big Sweet's control.
